3. Client Responsibilities

By hiring me, you agree to:

  • Grant access to necessary platforms (e.g., social media accounts, websites, or CRMs)
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Pay agreed fees as scheduled
  • Respect project timelines and provide approvals when required

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay or impact project outcomes.

4. Scope of Work

Each project begins with a clear scope of work that includes deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any requests outside of the original agreement may require a new quote or contract amendment.

I reserve the right to adjust deadlines or scope due to unforeseen circumstances with clear communication.

5. Fees and Payment

  • All fees will be agreed upon in writing prior to starting work.
  • I may request a deposit (typically 30–50%) before work begins.
  • Full payment is due upon final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
  • I accept payments via various secure methods including e-transfer, PayPal, and Stripe.

Work will not begin, or may be paused, if payment terms are not followed.

6. Revisions and Edits

Each service typically includes 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the scope. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Either party may cancel the project in writing.
  • If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If I cancel due to unforeseen personal or professional reasons, I will refund any payments for work not yet completed.
  • Partial work completed will be invoiced based on time or value delivered.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables I create for you.
  • I reserve the right to showcase general, non-confidential aspects of completed projects in my portfolio or marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the work as your own creation without credit where applicable.

9. Confidentiality

I respect your business and privacy. Any sensitive information you share with me (campaign strategies, customer data, login credentials, etc.) will be kept strictly confidential and only used for your project.

Likewise, I ask you to treat any documentation, proposals, or creative assets I provide with the same level of respect and privacy.

10. Use of AI and Automation Tools

For AI-related services:

  • I may use trusted AI tools (e.g., content generation, data processing, analytics, automation) that comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • You retain all rights to final AI-assisted outputs, but you acknowledge that some content may be generated using third-party platforms.
  • AI tools are used to enhance, not replace, human creativity and strategic thinking in your project.

11. Limitations of Liability

I aim to deliver high-quality work, but I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes like revenue increases, follower counts, or ranking positions unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Downtime or third-party platform errors
  • Loss of data beyond my control
  • Delays due to force majeure (e.g., illness, internet outage, legal changes)

12. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate a project or client relationship at any time if:

  • The working relationship becomes unprofessional or disrespectful
  • Payments are not made as agreed
  • There is misuse of services or violation of this agreement

You will be billed for all work completed up to that point.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations and through respectful communication whenever possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally to reflect business changes, legal updates, or service improvements. Updated terms will be posted on my website with the "Last Updated" date.
